I take a camera with me most days, and usually I can just roll down the window and take pics. They are fairly used to people stopping to stare at them :-)Carolina Lintheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16335905555994442416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6450087739317969489.post-33329420955636574772010-12-21T07:12:59.349-05:002010-12-21T07:12:59.349-05:00House Finch for sure. Yes, we ha...Yes, I think it is a male house finch. Yes, we have a herd of deer on campus! The president keeps food for them out back of his office. We also have groundhogs, squirrels (fox and gray, no black ones), Canada geese, and lots of other birds. It is quite an entertaining place to teach! I'm always looking out the window at something in mid-lecture...the students think I'm a bit eccentric, I do believe.Carolina Lintheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16335905555994442416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6450087739317969489.post-9372655068587193532010-12-21T07:03:44.154-05:002010-12-21T07:03:44.154-05:00That's the common house finch, I believe.
