Charley's Place
A new gym...excuse me, "fitness center" has opened in our home town! I'm a charter member!
The proprietor, Charley Horse. He says pardon the mess. We have brooms, but a lack of commitment to the use of them, lol!

LOL - I think I'll join Charley's gym - but I probably won't use it until it gets warmer out there :)
I'm cleaning house, which means I'll be taking lots of steps back and forth between rooms as things are returned to their normal and upright positions. I keep meaning to walk with the oldest dog. She would love it, I would love it, but it just never seems to happen. But she has a birthday coming up, and what a great gift it would be to her to get out and renew that habit!

Just trying to get healthy, Troutbirder. I have spent too much time sitting around beating up on myself. Time to stick and move on the old heavy bag. Mostly, though, I post animal pics and some poetry. Yes, Pat Conroy and I seem to have a lot in common...thanks for stopping by!
